    I went to read a Mercedes Benz tap it on this DS808 and it auto updated, proceeded to down load then installing and onced it reached its end it started deleting the app. How can I get the app back please

    Hi, maybe the app may not be correctly authorized in your account contact autel
    technical support to refresh the license and software on their servers.
